WaterFurnace Envision products set the industry standard for efficiency, reliability and quiet operation. Available in seven single speed sizes and five dual capacity sizes, Envision units provide exceptFurnaceional performance. All Envision units utilize the ozone-safe R-410A refrigerant to meet the most stringent EPA requirements now and for many years to come. Coated air coils add durability and longer life. A sophisticated microprocessor control sequences all components during operation for optimum performance, and provides easy-to-use troubleshooting features with fault lights and on-board diagnostics. Unit configurations include horizontal, vertical top discharge and vertical bottom discharge. Heavy-gauge metal cabinets are coated with durable poly paint for long lasting protection. Envision products represent the Company's highest efficiency units combined with features that provide the ultimate in performance and reliability.

  1. The cycle starts as cold liquid refrigerant within the heat pump passes through a heat exchanger (evaporator) and absorbs heat from the low-temperature source (fluid circulated through the earth connection)
  2. The refrigerant evaporates into a gas as heat is absorbed.
  3. The gaseous refrigerant then passes through a compressor where it is pressurized, raising its temperature to over 180 degrees F.
  4. The hot gas then circulates through a refrigerant-to-air heat exchanger where the heat is removed and sent through the air ducts.
  5. When the refrigerant loses the heat, it changes back to a liquid.
  6. The liquid refrigerant cools as it passes through an expansion valve, and the process begins again.
